MLK Power & Pitching Clinic
This MLK Day clinic focuses on helping pitchers build real power and consistency from the ground up.
Coach Dani and Coach Kate will guide athletes through a structured, high-energy session covering ground force, load and drive, front-side resistance, sequencing, and whip connection. Pitchers will work in small groups, compete, and leave with drills they can apply immediately.
When: Monday, January 19th
Location: Jen Schro Catching
Times: 1st group: 9:00-10:30
2nd group: 11:00-12:30
Price: $85/pitcher

A 2-hour focused clinic with five dedicated 10u athletes from Panther Gold. We broke down the absolutes of pitching. Athletes left with a stronger understanding of foundation and drills they could take into practice right away!

This small group of 15 athletes had a fun and focused 3 hour clinic designed for beginner pitchers with under 6 months and up to 2 years of experience, We covered the fundamentals of pitching, including mechanics, drills, body positioning, and confidence on the mound. Perfect for girls new to pitching!
